Emmanuel Elikana
KMC FC U20
Emmanuel, a former academy defender, used his leadership and discipline to anchor his team’s back line at youth tournaments around Tanzania. He gained attention from scouts and was offered an opportunity at KMC Football Club where he plays for their U20 team. His journey — from Shapesi’s training fields to competitive football — inspires young boys in the academy to pursue the sport professionally.
Hussein joined Shapesi Football Academy at age 12, coming from a neighbourhood team in Dar es Salaam. Under the academy’s training and mentorship programmes, he developed his technical skills and tactical understanding. At age of 18, Hussein was scouted by a top Tanzanian Premier League club – Mashujaa Football Club where he plays for the youth team. Today he plays as a dynamic winger and forward , known for his pace and creativity on the ball, and is part of the league’s emerging young stars.

Adriano’s journey began at Shapesi Football Academy in Dar es Salaam, where his goal-scoring instinct quickly set him apart. As a natural striker, he is known for his sharp movement, powerful finishing, and relentless work rate in the final third. His discipline in training and hunger to improve made him one of the academy’s standout forwards. Today, Adriano plays for the youth team of Mashujaa Football Club, competing in the ongoing youth league he continues to sharpen his attacking skills while aiming for promotion to the senior squad.
